MTCC UNIMMA, Ibu Heniyatun, SH., M.Hum., menjadi Narasumber dalam Kegiatan . Materi yang disampaikan adalah Undang-Undang (UU) Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, yang berkaitan dengan implementasi Kawasan Tanpa Rokok, dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 28 Tahun 2024, tentang Pengaturan Pelaksanaan UU Kesehatan Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, implikasinya terhadap Perda Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok Kab. Kulon Progo.
Mrs. Heniyatun, S.H., M.Hum., the PIC Legal and Advocacy at MTCC UNIMMA, was invited to speak at a program to help the Smoke-Free Area Task Force in Kulon Progo District build their skills. In her presentation, she discussed Law Number 17 of 2023 about Health and how it applies to Smoke-Free Areas. She also talked about Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024, which helps put Law Number 17 into action. Additionally, she explained how these new laws affect the existing Smoke-Free Law Number 5 of 2014 in Kulon Progo District.
